Dispute Your Background Check

Please provide as much information as possible so we can contact the courts and/or institutions to verify if the information provided was correct.
In general, a Consumer Reporting Agency has up to 30 days to resolve a dispute, although, ESA generally handles disputes more quickly. You will be notified via email once the dispute process has begun. Please advise that ESA will reach out both to you and the client that authorized the background screen. We will explain what you are disputing, the steps ESA will perform to verify the information being disputed and the outcome. ESA may reach out to you and request additional information.
